Please contact customer support via email at angelabrunow@luckyducks.store. We will be happy to provide a return shipping label if needed and replace the damaged product. All returns must be completed within 30 days upon receipt of the item. NOTE: we may require a photo to ensure the product is new and in original packaging.  Please do not return item without prior consent or your item will not be refunded.
